Buna kar\u015f\u0131 tehlikedeki dillerin tehlike derecelerini belirlemek \u00fczere birtak\u0131m \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctler geli\u015ftiren UNESCO, yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki 6,700 konu\u015furu olan dillerin yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yok olma tehlikesiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funu belirlemi\u015ftir.\u00a0 UNESCO tehlikedeki dilleri web sayfas\u0131ndaki \u00a0interaktif haritay\u0131 \u00a0t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada konu ile ilgilenenlerin bilgisine sunmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonucuna g\u00f6re bu y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru herhangi bir \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmamas\u0131 durumunda d\u00fcnya dil \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalma \u00a0tehdidiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130nteraktif atlasta yok olmak \u00fczere olan diller;\u00a0 ad, konu\u015fuldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgeler ve yok olma tehlikesinin derecesine g\u00f6re listelenmi\u015ftir. Otuzun \u00fczerinde dilbilimcinin haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu atlasta diller; \u201cg\u00fcvenli\u201d, \u201czay\u0131f\u201d, \u201ckesinlikle tehlikede\u201d, \u201cciddi tehlike alt\u0131nda\u201d, \u201ckritik tehlike alt\u0131nda\u201d ve \u201c\u00f6l\u00fc\u201d olmak \u00fczere tehlike derecelerine g\u00f6re alt\u0131ya ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, dillerin canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tehlikede olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00a0belirleyen etkenler; \u201cku\u015faklararas\u0131 dil aktar\u0131m\u0131\u201d, \u201ckonu\u015furlar\u0131n kesin say\u0131s\u0131\u201d, \u201ctoplam n\u00fcfus i\u00e7indeki konu\u015furlar\u0131n oran\u0131\u201d, \u201cdil kullan\u0131m\u0131 alanlar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fmeler\u201d, \u201cyeni alanlara ve medyaya tepki\u201d, \u201cdil, e\u011fitim ve okuma-yazma i\u00e7in malzeme sa\u011flanmas\u0131\u201d, \u201cresm\u00ee ve kurumsal dil tutumlar\u0131\u201d, \u201cresm\u00ee stat\u00fc ve kullan\u0131m\u0131n d\u00e2hil oldu\u011fu politikalar\u201d, \u201ctopluluk \u00fcyelerinin kendi dillerine y\u00f6nelik tutumlar\u0131\u201d, \u201cdok\u00fcmantasyonun miktar\u0131 ve kalitesi\u201d olarak dokuz ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130nteraktif atlasta kullan\u0131lan yukar\u0131daki dokuz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct, \u00e7ok \u00a0geni\u015f bir co\u011frafyada konu\u015furu bulunan T\u00fcrk dillerinin de az\u0131msanamayacak derecede yok olma tehlikesine maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. T\u00fcrk dillerinin yayg\u0131n olarak konu\u015fuldu\u011fu siyasal co\u011frafyalardan biri olan Rusya\u2019da 131 dilin tehlikede oldu\u011funu ve bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde \u00f6zellikle \u00c7ul\u0131m T\u00fcrkleri ile Baraba Tatarlar\u0131n\u0131n dillerinin ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerinin yok olma tehlikesiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalan diller olarak listelendi\u011fini g\u00f6rmekteyiz. Ayn\u0131 durum Ukrayna\u2019da konu\u015fulan T\u00fcrk dilli topluluklar i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir; hatta bu \u00fclkedeki T\u00fcrk dillerinin durumunun biraz daha kritik oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Karaycan\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 diyalektinden biri olan K\u0131r\u0131m Karaycas\u0131 yok olan diller aras\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de 15 dilin tehlikede oldu\u011fu ve bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7inden de Kapadokya Yunancas\u0131, Aramice ve Ub\u0131h gibi dillerin \u00e7oktan yok olmu\u015f olduklar\u0131 belirtilmi\u015ftir.
